Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy All purchases are fully refundable within 30 days except for Special order and Customer orders. Clearance Sale Merchandise can not be returned.  Sofa, Chairs, Sectional, Dining & Kitchen Chairs and Furniture and other Custom & Special orders are manufactured  for each customer.  Since they may have a unique style they are not readily salable and our policy is not to allow refunds or cancellations on special or custom orders once the order has been placed.  At the time the order is placed, a deposit of at least 50% is required and the remaining balance is due in full prior to the delivery of the merchandise to your home or business.  Fabric and Wall covering orders must be paid in full at time of placing an order.

Terms & Conditions  All catalog items are shipped by United Parcel Service, our exclusive shipping company.  Orders received by 4:00 EST on Friday will ship out by end of day on Friday.  Orders received after then will be processed on the following Monday morning.  Normal delivery is 3 to 5 business days.  Expedited delivery must be prearranged in advance.  Additional charges may apply.  All furniture orders are subject to additional delivery and handling charges depending on the location of the delivery and must be prearranged in advance.  All merchandise must be inspected when it is delivered.  All damages must be reported in writing within 24 hours.  If UPS attempts to deliver an item that is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
